1. First, put a jack under the differential.
2. Unscrew the top two bolts on the rear mount, the aluminum piece. The
two bolts in the 3rd picture are nearly impossible to unscrew because
of clearance issues, so you are going to have to lower the subframe.
3. I completely unscrewed the two rear subframe bolts and loosened the
front two. I also loosened the tranny mounts because the subframe needs
to flex away from the tranny.
4. Work the tranny and subframe apart so that you can fit a socket in the lower two bolts.
5. Remove the aluminum piece and put it in a vise.
6. To make it easier cut as much of the rubber inside as you can.
7. Then you need to cut the metal sleeve, if you can't work the
sleeve out then you haven't cut it completely through yet. (As you can
see in my picture I was trying to pry it out without it the piece
completely sawed through.
8. Remove the sleeve and lube up your powerflex mount and put it in, orientation doesn't seem to matter.
9. Put everything back together and enjoy.
